As a renovation coordinator, we offer a complete project direction service that includes referral and direction of trades, quotation, budgeting, and full project direction if required. We required a 20 year old 2 bedroom, two bathroom unit to be renovated, refurbished and updated.
The project involved the following:
# Remove old carpet and replace with sound dampening floorboards.
